Return and Exchange Policy

Return or exchange an online purchase:

Our policy lasts 30 calendar days. If 30 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

En Face Skincare reserves the right to reject a return or exchange of products which does not meet the following criteria.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  1. The product must not be physically damaged from dropping or mistreatment
  2. The packaging has a mechanical fault
  3. The product was purchased online at our official store:

Non-refundable and non-exchangeable products:

  1. Gift cards
  2. Sale products

Stockist purchase:

If you purchased your products from a stockist of En Face Skincare, you are bounded under the Retailer’s Returns and Exchanges Policy according to the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC), and you must return your products to the place of purchase for assessment.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned products. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Shipping costs:

To return or exchange your products, mail your products to: Gracedale Meadows P/L, Level 1, 268 Coventry Street, South Melbourne, Victoria 3205, Australia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your products.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged products to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping products over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned products.
