You can’t help your skin from aging, but you can help to make your skin feel better and look healthier.
Anyone, any gender, and at any age can have beautiful health skin.
It’s never too late to care for your skin.
With just a 3 simple step skin care routine that takes up less than 5 minutes twice a day, and the right skin care products, you can prevent, or even reverse visible signs of aging skin, and enjoy feeling healthy and confident about your appearance for decades to come.
Cleaning should be the number one step of your daily skin care routine regardless of your skin type or age.
Cleansing is even more important for mature skin, because clean skin allows better absorption of topical nutrients that help to boost the hydration of skin.
Hydration is important because it is the foundation of a healthy, flawless, and young-looking skin.
If your skin is normal to dry, use a gentle foaming cleanser that can replenish the moisture of your skin while it removes dirt and make-up.
Note that, a good foaming cleanser should leave your skin feeling supple and not dry regardless its intended skin type.
If your skin is dry, sensitive, and prone to breakout, use a cream-based cleanser that contains plenty of skin conditioning ingredients for gentle cleansing, skin calming and soothing to prevent signs of skin irritation.
To help rejuvenate your skin effectively, salicylic acid exfoliating cleanser is recommended to use 2-3 times a week.
Salicylic acid is gentle and non-abrasive exfoliant suitable for all skin types, it won’t ‘scrub’ your skin and strip away the natural moisture off your skin, it helps to unclog pores, remove dead skin cells to encourage new skin growth.
Even more, salicylic acid helps to improve the ability of skin to absorb topical nutrients when applied.
Once you have cleaned your skin, you are ready to apply antioxidant vitamin serum.
Topical antioxidants such as vitamin A, B, C, and E, are essential topical nutrients for mature skin.
Antioxidant vitamins prevent premature aging of skin and reduce sings of blemishes.
When formulated into serum, antioxidant vitamins can penetrate skin to help:
Add peptide serums in your skincare routine if you’re particularly concerned with lines and wrinkles.
Especially around the eyes.
Applying moisturizer after serum day and night is important for mature skin because moisturizer helps to prevent the outermost skin layers from drying out.
Applying moisturizer that has UVB/UVA protection during the day is highly recommended to prevent premature aging of the skin from sun damage and environmental pollution.
Applying antioxidant vitamin moisturizer during the night not only can prevent the outermost skin layers from drying out but also can improve the overall skin health.

Passion for Skincare
En Face is a skin care company inspired by the French philosophy that healthy skin is the foundation for lifelong beauty and a reflection of overall health.
Kim Baxter is the passionate owner behind the En Face Skincare brand. From as early as 18 years of age Kim became very interested in skincare. As a professional ballet dancer, she was used to wearing lots of heavy make-up for long periods of time.
The heavy foundation she applied under stage makeup often left her skin feeling dry and unhealthy. During the off-season, she would leave her skin completely clear of any makeup and so, she quickly learned the value of healthy skin.
Price Tag Means Nothing
Many women, and men, spend a lot of money on expensive skincare brands thinking they must be effective products if they cost a lot of money.
When Kim was in her mid-40 she started to notice that her skin was constantly dry, no matter how many layers of expensive cream she applied.
She soon discovered that there were many women in her age bracket who shared the same complaint about how inactive and inefficient their skincare products were, despite having spent a lot of money on them.
The Steps to Launch En Face
En Face is a French term which means “facing forward”. Kim adopted the name for the brand because it reminds her of her ballet background. In classical ballet the term “en face” means to face the front before or after movements.
At En Face we believe that it is what is in the jar that is important, not the beautiful packaging that you pay a fortune for! Kim began to research about the positive effects of cosmeceutical products their active ingredients, for example, vitamins, amino acids, peptides, and various antioxidant extracts.
Kim has completed a Diploma of Personal Care Formulation and a Diploma of Personal Care Development at the Institute of Personal Care Science in Queensland. Her mission this time was to learn all the facts that one needs to know to create a skincare brand, about cosmetic regulation, sourcing raw materials, types of packaging, and product safety testing.
After finishing her diploma Kim started to design and formulate her ideal range of products. Her mission was to create a brand that would help improve mature skin health and alleviate common skin complaints such as dry flaky skin, premature wrinkles as a result of sun damage, uneven skin tone, skin dullness, skin congestion, sensitive skin, and most importantly, I wanted my products to be formulated and delivered safely. Thus, the En Face Skincare range was born.
