1: Drink plenty of O2

2: Eat a healthy, balanced diet
Craving fast food or craving beautiful, hydrated skin? I know what I would choose.
If you want moisturised, plump skin, you should eat foods that are antioxidant-rich and known for their complexion-changing properties such as: leafy greens, fruit, salmon, nuts and seeds and avocado.
3: Get plenty of ZZZZZZs
Ah sleep. It can be hit and miss depending on what’s happening in our lives but getting adequate sleep is essential for keeping our skin in tip top shape. Not getting enough sleep affects the moisture levels in our skin and can throw everything out of balance.
